LOOKING TO STAY ACTIVE, SHARPEN YOUR SKILLS OR TRY WRESTLING FOR THE FIRST TIME?

Come join us us for Open Mat wrestling sessions!
Our Open Mat nights are the perfect chance for young athletes to learn, train and have fun in a low-pressure environment. Open to girls and boys with 3 years experience or less in 2nd through 8th grade. Each 60 minute session will include 45 minutes of light drills, technique work and live wrestling led by our experienced coaches, followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.

Monday nights 9.22, 9.29, 10.6, 10.13 and 10.20

Cost:
Open Mat sessions are free, but all athletes MUST have a USA Wrestling Card to actively participate. Youth without an active USA Wrestling cards will be able to observe, but won't be able to actively participate in any of the drills.

Register for Open Mat sessions below. Max capacity is 20 wrestlers per session, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make sure to register for the appropriate time slot for your wrestler's grade (2nd - 4th is at 6pm, 5th-8th is at 7pm).
