All wrestlers are required to have a current USA Wrestling Membership to participate in sanctioned events for insurance coverage and to allow access to practices, camps, clinics and competitions. The membership provides secondary sports accident insurance for the athlete and also contributes to the organization's ability to support the sport at local, state and national levels. Parent/Guardians are responsible for purchasing or renewing their wrestler's USA membership.
USA Wrestling cards must be purchased or renewed before signing up with the Poynette Panther Youth Wrestling Club. The USA card number will be required in order to complete the registration.
NEW WRESTLERS
If your child is new to wrestling, create your free USA Wrestling Account and begin using the USA Wrestling Membership System. Please retain your USA Wrestling membership number for club registration.

- Create a free account
- Navigate to "Profiles" and create a new profile for your wrestler
- Make sure to affiliate with our club: Poynette Panther Youth Wrestling (USAW Org ID 1811801)
- Navigate to "Memberships" and add the "Athlete Membership" to your cart
- Complete the checkout process
- Access and print your wrestler's membership card (digital copy is acceptable)
RETURNING WRESTLERS
To stay eligible to practice, compete and receive USA Wrestling insurance, you must renew your membership annually.
